Buffalo Anger Management offers a variety of services aimed at teaching you anger management skills and giving you control as quickly and efficiently as possible. Individual Online Sessions
You will learn concrete skills to manage your anger utilizing the “Managing Our Anger Managing Our lives” curriculum. When you sign up for individual sessions, you will work one on one with a certified anger management coach.
The individual format can be helpful for participants who do not like group, or who require greater privacy due to their profession or celebrity status.
Each session is 45 minutes long. It takes 12 hours to complete our program (approximately 12 sessions plus homework assignments).
Pricing: $100.00 per session. Insurance is not accepted. Workbook required.
Group Online Sessions
You will learn concrete skills to manage your anger utilizing the “Managing Our Anger Managing Our lives” curriculum.
The group format is a powerful tool because, in addition to learning the material in the workbook, you can learn from other’s experiences and support.
Each session is 75 minutes long. It takes approximately 8 hours to complete this program.

Learn the skills to manage your anger from the comfort of your home or office. You can access this course immediately.
