Buffalo Anger Management offers a variety of services aimed at teaching you anger management skills and giving you control as quickly and efficiently as possible. Individual Online Sessions
You will learn concrete skills to manage your anger utilizing the “Managing Our Anger Managing Our lives” curriculum. When you sign up for individual sessions, you will work one on one with a certified anger management coach.
The individual format can be helpful for participants who do not like group, or who require greater privacy due to their profession or celebrity status.
Each session is 45 minutes long. It takes 12 hours to complete our program (approximately 12 sessions plus homework assignments).
Pricing: $100.00 per session. Insurance is not accepted. Workbook required.
Learn the skills to manage your anger from the comfort of your home or office. You can access this course immediately. The “Managing Our Anger, Managing Our Lives” eCourse is an innovative and skills-based course. You will learn and progress at your own pace by using the engaging online format. Once you complete this course, you will be able to download and print a certificate of completion.
